However, even the most experienced Information Technology (IT) professionals find it challenging to comply with the NIST cybersecurity controls. Iviry is seeking an IT Field Service Technician Level II (System Administrator) located in proximity to Fargo, North Dakota with immediate availability to support a rapidly growing customer base. The successful candidate will provide direct technical support to existing customers and may also support the sales team in developing and onboarding future customers. Location This position is a hybrid customer site/remote position: Two days a week the successful candidate will perform duties on one customer site in Fargo, North Dakota. Three days a week customer support will be provided to all Iviry customers virtually. This position requires up to 25% travel to customers located primarily in the Eastern North Dakota region (i.e., Fargo and Grand Forks). Travel to Bismark and Minot areas is a possibility. This position may be required to provide 24-hour on-call coverage at times, be required to work outside normal business hours, and be flexible for different shifts and weekends to support the needs of our customers. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1/2 Systems Administrator technical support to Iviry's NOC/SOC Service Desk. Responds to users' requests for assistance by service ticket, phone, system agent and in person, generally handling routine technical issues autonomously while seeking guidance on more complex issues when needed. Documents and tracks problems through resolution using NinjaOne ticketing system. Installs and modifies desktops, laptops and associated network hardware, software, and peripherals. Conduct onboarding and offboarding of customer users and devices. Diagnoses hardware, software, and operator problems and takes remedial actions or recommends procedural changes. Loads and configures operating systems and applications such as word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs. Supports the maintenance of data files and control procedures for a complex system of networked computing platforms, typically including multiple groups of personal computers and two or more servers or hosts. Supports system security and data integrity. Assign passwords and monitors use of resources. Backs up systems as required. Requires knowledge of employer's business applications as well as expertise in commercial software programs and unique applications supplied by vendors and developed in-house. Assist and coordinate activities related to NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance remediation and sustainment tasks as required. Required Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience Must be a U.S. Citizen. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years' experience in a technical Systems Administrator role supporting network and application troubleshooting and maintenance required. Timeliness and accuracy of work is essential. Must be able to work remotely with limited supervision. Must be able to work equally well independently or in a team environment. Must be able to multi-task and dynamically adjust priority of effort. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate to both technical and non-technical audiences. Must be able to interface with customers from low-level staff to executive management. Must be able to lift equipment ranging from 25-50 pounds. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Desired Qualifications, Education and Experience A passion for Information Technology, Security and Compliance. Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and vehicle with valid registration and insurance. Driving history may be reviewed during the interview or onboarding processes. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Education, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, Technical, Management Information Systems, Technology preferred but significant experience in a complex learning environment can be substituted. Leadership skills and project management skills preferred (may lead project teams). Microsoft Ecosystem familiarity (i.e., 365 Admin Center, Active Directory, EntraID, Azure, Server, Sentinel). Network Administration experience a plus. Experience using an enterprise ticketing system (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Remedy). Technical Certifications a plus: Microsoft 365 (Fundamentals, Associate, or Expert)certification. ITIL v4 certification. CompTIA Technical Certifications or equivalent. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced IT System Analyst to join our team, focusing primarily on the support, enhancement, and management of our financial systems, including HighRadius, Basware, Rydoo, Hyperion, and FCCS. The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of relevant IT and financial systems experience, demonstrating a strong track record of success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with SAP would be a plus as we are in the middle of a major transformation to SAP S4HANA. Key Responsibilities * Manage, maintain, and optimize financial systems such as HighRadius, Basware, Rydoo, and FCCS. * Act as the primary liaison between IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, security, and performance. * Analyze business processes and requirements, designing and implementing technology solutions to improve workflow and efficiency. * Lead and participate in system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and new implementations for financial applications. * Provide expert-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of system issues. * Develop and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials. * Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all system-related activities including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, data analytics, and automation initiatives. * Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices related to financial systems and IT infrastructure. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems analysis, with a strong focus on financial applications. * Hands-on experience with at least two of the following systems: HighRadius, Basware, Rydoo, FAS, FCCS. * Demonstrated expertise in system integration, process automation, and workflow optimization. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. * Experience working in a global or multi-site environment is a plus. * Bonus: Experience with SAP ERP or related SAP modules.
