Nurse patient ratio 1:4-5 ratio.

Rehab RN (Medical Surgical/Rehab) Location Toledo, OH Assignment Duration . Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hours (18:45 - 07:15). Weekend coverage required every third weekend. Job Description Seeking a Rehab RN for a dynamic role in a Medical Surgical/Rehab unit. The position requires floating within the service line and between facilities as needed. Responsibilities Provide acute inpatient rehabilitation nursing care to adults and geriatrics. Manage patient care including blood glucose monitoring, feeding tube care, Foley catheter insertion/removal, and blood administration. Work with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient rehabilitation. Conduct assessments and implement care plans tailored to patient diagnoses such as CVA, neurological disorders, and cancer. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required. Certifications: ACLS and BCLS are required. Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
