**Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program. 2. Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. 3. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education and clinical practice. 4. Experience in a relevant patient care setting (or as regulations dictate). 5. National Provider Identifier (NPI). 6. Prescriptive authority through CDS and DEA registration according to New Jersey state law. 7. Collaborative agreement with physicians on staff. 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 9. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Department: Pharmacy Weekly Hours: 24 Status: Part time Shift: Variable (United States of America) As the Clinical Pharmacist, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations.
In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.

REQUIREMENTS
* Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience
* Ability to manipulate sterile and non-sterile products as needed for compounding, ability to utilize electronic health record
* Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
* Prefer experience in hospital pharmacy services including unit dose, IV admixtures, and fielding provider questions
