Provides Professional Development (PD) sessions for Broward County School District on Promethean hardware and software (as well as other technologies within the district)
Master all courses in the Promethean professional development catalog / provide feedback for development of future courses / assist with development of customized PD coursework with Broward County School District
Works closely to build relationships with Broward County School District and support their training and implementations of Promethean technology
Builds long term relationships securing future Hardware and Software sales in Broward County School District through effective PD and ongoing support
Interacts with all levels of Broward County School District administration and leadership to maintain communication
Raise awareness in Broward County School District of Promethean products and Promethean professional development offerings

Requirements:
This position is a 12-month full-time position (with the likelihood of renewal)
Must live locally to Broward County School District to travel in/out of schools daily
5 - 10 years of teaching experience in a US classroom
Promethean/Interactive Flat Panel experience in both training and content/lesson development
Strong presentation skills and the ability to excite/relate to educators at all levels in Broward County School District
Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to speak in front of large groups of educators is essential
Firm understanding of the pedagogy of teaching and learning - shown through the ability to develop / design / deliver exceptional professional development

The Director, Tax is responsible for the Company's global tax function including tax compliance (US and international), tax planning and research, and financial reporting for income taxes with the assistance of the Senior Tax Manager in the UK. In addition, this role is responsible for the Company's transfer pricing - including policies, research, and calculations, and for transactional taxes such as sales and use tax in the US and VAT/GST/HST in rest of world as well as property taxes in the US. This role works closely with the finance and legal teams within the company and third-party service providers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of financial reporting for taxes including accounting for income taxes in the US and international under IFRS and US GAAP. Prepare the global tax provision under both standards Prepare tax memos to support the company's tax position including analysis of transactions against tax laws in different jurisdictions Provide audit support including preparation of memos and schedules. Discuss tax matters with the external audit firm Implement internal controls over taxes and comply with SOX requirements Responsible for completion of federal, international, and state corporate income tax returns, including related analysis, support, and oversight/coordination of third-party preparers. Primary responsibilities for US, France, Germany, Italy, Canada, and India. What you will do:
A Behavior Technician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

RBTs will complete a BACB-approved RBT course and keep registration current.

Pairing and building rapport with clients, families, stakeholders and their Team members.

You will manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, typically Chief Data Officers, from Fortune 100 organizations and large high-tech companies.

Role Overview
This mission-critical role at ON24 is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that elevate the ON24 brand, expand market interest, and strengthen our position as an industry leader. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a creative mindset. They will spearhead the evolution of ON24's narrative in a dynamic marketplace, leading a high-impact team to deliver measurable results. Bringing together strategic vision, data-driven insights, and creativity, the Vice President of Corporate Marketing will ensure compelling, differentiated and cohesive messaging across target audiences, verticals and other key stakeholders. We are seeking a proven leader with a track record of crafting brand narratives that demonstrate value, tangible benefits, and innovation in B2B environments.
Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a robust brand strategy that conveys ON24's vision and drives our key business objectives. Provide strong and visible leadership in championing those endeavors to employees and all key stakeholders.
Positioning & Messaging: Refine brand positioning and enhance the go-to-market messaging for key use cases and verticals, ensuring impact and consistency across external channels and internal teams.
Thought Leadership: Partner with the executive team to develop visionary insights regarding the future of data, AI, and engagement, positioning ON24 as an industry thought leader.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure ON24's marketing strategies remain innovative and effective in highlighting market differentiation.
Brand Identity & Visual Design: Refine and maintain ON24's brand identity, ensuring visual design across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and events reflect the company's brand leadership and spirit of innovation.
Strategic Communications: Lead communications strategies and tactics across PR, AR, IR, and internal channels, including employees, to ensure compelling and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Event Strategy: Oversee the planning and execution of key events, delivering compelling ON24 representation that drives business goals. Develop impactful executive keynotes and actively participate in evangelizing ON24 at events.
Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and data driven results and excellence. Build the team's capacity to scale and deliver in a high-growth environment. Ensure a spirit of strong partnership and collaboration with all key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven Marketing Expertise: Typically, 12+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a minimum of 3 years as a VP of Marketing or equivalent role, preferably in technology sectors such as cloud or marketing solutions. Experience scaling marketing operations in organizations with revenue exceeding $250M is strongly preferred.
Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated success in leading, growing, and inspiring a high-performing and diverse marketing team and creating strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders.
Strategic Vision: A proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance market leadership.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of technology, AI, and digital marketing trends, with a passion for driving innovation.
Exceptional Creative Vision: A creative thinker capable of leading creative resources in bringing innovative ideas to fruition.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $200,000-250,000. This range is not a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and other applicable factors.
