Job Summary
The Functional Consulting team is where the rubber truly meets the road between Prometheus Group and our clients. As a consultant, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training of Prometheus solutions to the customer's end users, ensuring they are able to effectively apply the tools to their internal processes and EAM system. Our consultants are on the front line with customers delivering best-practices recommendations, reviewing their internal processes, and supporting efforts to document and roll-out new strategies to our customers' sites globally. In addition, our consultants play a key role in opportunity development, from recognizing additional training or consulting opportunities, to identifying needs for additional software licenses or products when on site, offering a unique perspective on the ground floor.
Consultants will be provided hands-on training of the Prometheus suite, along with unfettered access to the underlying EAM systems to learn the ins and outs of work processes, data management, and configuration controls to fully understand the ecosystem and how we can provide fit-for-purpose solutions for our customers training and consulting needs. As our Functional Consultants grow within their roles, opportunities will grow from initial roll-out trainings to collective customer care management to advanced process design and rollout projects. Our best consultants can build their own path with our clients and provide top-notch service through relationship building and high-quality work that results in greater opportunities to expand our consulting portfolio within the team.
Responsibilities
Train end users and super users on Prometheus Group software and functionality
Provide technical and functional expertise of Prometheus products and underlying EAMs
Perform business process assessments and propose business process and system configuration changes to enable best practices
Document customer interactions, including customer-facing details of findings, recommendations, and additional opportunities
Identify additional training and consulting opportunities with clients
Follow-up internally with other Prometheus employees for any hand-off details of opportunities, support needs, or other personnel working with the same clients
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
Ability to travel 60-80% during the work week, with occasional weekend travel depending on the engagement requirements
Must be comfortable with public speaking, including leading training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
Preferred Experience
Experience with technical documentation and leading training sessions
Industrial facility occupations
Expertise in ERP or CMMS (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, JDE, etc.)

The PCC assists in care coordination activities, administrative tasks and support for members residing in our care setting portfolio. The role includes strong technical skills, communication and collaboration with the clinical team, facility staff and members and their families.
This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support for a care team consisting of APCs and RNs with overall coordination of member care
Functioning as part of a collaborative team
Data entry and member chart management for:
New members
Post hospital visits
Pre-visit updates
Health maintenance updates
Stars Metrics o Lab results
Medication entry
Obtaining medical records following hospitalizations and physician appointments
Obtaining consult notes, hospital discharge summaries, lab results
Uploading lab results, medication changes, new member information into the EMR
Assisting with scheduling of member appointments and transportation
Arranging facility and member education
Building facility relationships
Supporting virtual family communication and/or virtual clinical visits for APC by holding and operating an iPad during the clinical visit
Other tasks within scope, as assigned by the APC or RN, or clinical management

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age OR older
Must have a valid driver's license
2+ years of Clinical or Medical Record Experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology and working within E.H.R. platforms.
Experience working in cross functional, inter and multidisciplinary teams
Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and/or patient sites within a designated area
Daily travel between nursing homes and/or assisted living communities
Ability to work with diverse care teams in a variety of settings
Communication skills and time management
Administrative and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple deliverables
Reside within Asheville, NC OR Morganton, NC
Experience in Microsoft Word (edit, create & save documents), Microsoft Excel (adding, sorting & filtering data) and Microsoft Office (email, folders, attachments, and calendaring)
Experience and proficiency with EMRs
Understanding or experience with medical team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant certification or Certified Medical Assistant certification
Experience with CMS compliance preferred

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 - $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
