Responsible for review of legal and marketing documents as requested. Responsibilities for each type of document request are outlined below:
Legal Document Requirements/Responsibilities:

Responsible for collaborating, researching, consulting, writing, modifying, condensing, organizing, correcting, reviewing, and proofreading customer-facing communication. Ensures communication is correct, consistent, complete and representative of the Whole Foods Market brand.

We are looking for an experienced proofreader to join the Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh Creative Studio Team. The proofreader is responsible for the accuracy and consistency of digital and print marketing materials, and exclusive brand/ private label product packaging.
Responsibilities:

* Proofread weekly promotions for in-store signage in both Excel and layout for Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods Market programming.

* Proofread in-store signage, emails, microsite articles, recipes and more to ensure that copy adheres to grammar rules, AP Style and the WFM (Whole Foods Market) and Amazon Fresh Content Style Guide.

* Perform proof checks on exclusive brand/private label packaging proofs to ensure all copy is accurate and matches final files sent to the printer.

* Maintain familiarity with our voice and tone guidelines, and cultivate a close relationship with project managers, copywriters, and the exclusive brand marketing team.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' proofreading experience at a retailer or equivalent brand, ad agency, media outlet, book publisher or similar.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superior spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.

* Strong knowledge of AP Style.

* Understanding that rules are meant to be broken. Clarity for customers is our priority, so we may thoughtfully venture out of our style guidelines from time to time.

Are you a legal assistant, paralegal, medical scribe, transcriptionist, claims adjustor, or an IME Chart Analyst seeking your next career move?

If you answered yes, then this might be the job for you because ExamWorks is looking for a Medical Report Proofreader (internally known as Quality Assurance Coordinator) to our team. You will be responsible for reading medical reports ensuring accuracy by searching for any errors in grammar, medical terminology, and content before sending to our clients.

This position is 100% remote. Candidate must be available to work 8:30a-5:00p or 9:00a-5:30p EST. Office equipment (office phone, screen, keyboard, mouse and virtual desktop) will be provided. In order to work remote you must have access to your own ISP with a router (both the phone and virtual desktop must be plugged in) and a dedicated "office space" where you can set up your work station with desk and chair.
Responsibilities

* Performs quality assurance review of IME reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews.
* Ensures clear, concise, evidence-based rationales have been provided in support of all recommendations and/or determinations.
* Ensures that all client instructions and specifications have been followed and that all questions have been addressed.
* Ensures each review is supported by clinical citations and references when applicable and verifies that all references cited are current and obtained from reputable medical journals and/or publications.
* Ensures the content, format, and professional appearance of the reports are of the highest quality and in compliance with company standards.
* Ensure that the appropriate board specialty has reviewed the case in compliance with client specifications and/or state mandates and is documented accurately on the case report.
* Verifies that the peer reviewer has attested to only the fact(s) and that no evidence of reviewer conflict of interest exists.
* Ensures the provider credentials and signature are adhered to the final report.
* Identifies any inconsistencies within the report and contacts the Provider to obtain clarification, modification or correction as needed.

* Provides insight and direction to management on consultant quality, availability and compliance with all company policies and procedures and client specifications.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Two years IME experience preferred.
* Knowledge of the insurance industry preferably claims management relative to one or more of the following categories: workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, and/or disability preferred.
* Must have strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, medications and laboratory values.
* Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
* Must possess excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation and style.
* Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met.
* Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.
* Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.
* Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
