As Regional Manager, you will:
Ensures the daily operations within assigned area of responsibility perform in accordance of company policy by ensuring each location is properly staffed, and follows set opening and closing procedures.
Manage teams, comprised of both professional and hourly workforce individuals, by sourcing candidates, ensuring onboarding and training are provided consistently, and develops key talent.
Assists Area Managers and Account Managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational issues.
Develops and maintains excellent client relations and attends client meetings.
Reviews management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
Develops annual budget and maintains fiscal responsibility by evaluating budgetary needs and reducing expenses. Maintains Accounts Receivable within targeted goals.
Develops and executes marketing plans for facilities within portfolio.

Reviews and evaluates audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
Reviews incident claims, internal audit scores and Workers' Comp trends and works with Regional Vice President and/or the Corporate Office to resolve gaps in performance.
Actively pursues new business for the company under the direction of the Regional Vice President.
Assists with drafting RFPs and/or attends potential client presentations as a part of a bid process.
Assists Regional Vice President with various aspects of the region's operating contracts, including negotiating new contracts and/or renewals with clients.

Functional Purpose

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Ability to identify legal issues presented by moderately complex factual situations and to perform investigations of the factual circumstances underlying legal issues presented.

Collect, analyze, and level subcontractor bids for accuracy and compliance to achieve the required scope of work.
Perform quantity survey or “take-off” of select trades and review the work of others.
Review and acceptance of work produced by the PreCon team members.
Lead the cost input of the overall estimate based on the approved work of the team.
Articulate the budget qualifications through final draft.
Assist Project Managers with the buy-out of the project and with establishing budget milestones for achieving compliance with construction in place versus cost to complete.
Maintain construction cost database for use by estimating (ProEst) and construction managers (ProCore) along with other team members in the future.
Participate with interviewing and hiring of additional personnel as required.
Assist Senior Management with establishing best practices, policies, and procedures.
Work with other team members on best practices for quality, purchasing, and safety.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Property Leasing and Administration
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
