What we're looking for:*
Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.
Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket.
Collect payment through credit card or validation according to the company's standard operating procedures.
Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form.
Provide a receipt for all fee transactions.
Complete the daily shift paperwork by recording the number of transactions by parking rate, number of vehicles in and out of the facility, number of contract parkers, vehicles left in the facility, number of validated tickets and exception tickets.
Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth at all times, free of debris and trash with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.
Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit.
May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company's maintenance checklists.
Other special projects as assigned by location management.

Serves as central control for day-to-day vehicle communications, trip routing, and handling
emergency situations.
Diligently monitors shuttles to include on time performance, vehicle pull-outs,
and properly documents rider no-shows.
Meets with the account manager on a regular basis to discuss KPI's goals and objectives for
the department, and ensure that goals are being met or exceeded.
Promotes a teamwork environment and effective communication between Dispatchers, Supervisors,
and Operators.
Coordinate problem resolution among Operators, Supervisors, and Public.
Communicate clear direction and response over radio with operators and supervisors utilizing
established radio codes.
Influences positive employee morale and quality customer service.
Monitors operator sign-in and sign-out utilizing computer-aided dispatching and routing
tools.
May be required to drive in service when required.
Provides superior customer service and communications skills.
Documents service disruption issues utilizing the dispatch log.
Ensures accurate assignment of vehicles and Operators.
Ability to follow company and agency policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Must haves:
You are at least 21 years old
Must have a valid DMV driver's license, for at least 3 years
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of related experience in a Paratransit, Fixed Route or Demand Response environment
preferred.
Ability to work an assigned schedule, which may include weekends, nights, early mornings, and
holidays.
Ability to secure wheelchairs, bend, push and pull up to fifty pounds.
Clean driving record with a minimum of three (3) years driving history.

Summary of essential job functions:
* Report to work on time and in uniform.
* Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspection, properly complete the pre-trip inspection form, report deficiencies, log passenger counts and accurately complete all reports/form.
* Greet each customer with a smile, provide pleasant customer service, offer assistance with luggage and be available to customer for customer service-related questions and issues.

Minimum Requirements:
HS Diploma or five years of shuttle driving experience and must be at least 21 years of age.
* Reading: Average Level: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret, federal, state, and local transportation regulations as well as reports and procedures.
* Communication: Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT Requirement)
* Math: Average Level: Ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply.
* Writing: Average Level: Ability to write statements/reports.
* Technical Skill: Knowledge of all working functions of a shuttle bus, ADA lifts, wheelchair securement, GPS, video/audio camera, proper stowage, and securement of luggage
* Customer Service Experience: Proper greeting of customers, proper etiquette with ADA passenger, proper handling of upset customers, promoting the company APP, benefits, and programs.
* Physical: Must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations.
* Licenses & Endorsements: Must possess the appropriate license, endorsements and or medical certification to operate a shuttle bus. Have a good driving record. Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment.
Physical Demands
Drivers work in physically demanding environment. Lifting luggage, prolonged sitting and frequent standing are a normal part of the job. All drivers must be able to lift up to 35 pounds. Continuously requires vision, hearing and talking. Frequently requires standing, sitting, handling and foot controls. Occasionally requires fine dexterity, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing/pulling, bending and twisting. Rarely requires, kneeling and climbing.

Environmental Factors: Exposure to noise and vibration and physical hazards. Seasonal exposure to extreme temperature and wetness and/or humidity
