Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
High school degree or GED equivalent.
Must have possessed a valid Driver's License for at least 5 years.
Must currently possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class-C with passenger endorsement.
Must be able to provide a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 3-years.
One year experience driving shuttle bus or commercial vehicles preferred.
Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.

Spirit of the Position:
LAZ CDL Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient and safe transportation, loading and unloading of passengers & employees to and from the assigned destinations, and to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers.
Principle Job Duties:
* Picking up passengers from
* Kaiser Richmond med center
* Richmond BART
* Del Norte BART
* Safely operating company vehicles.
* G.E.T. 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
* Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers, if applicable.
* Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
* Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
Requirements:
* 2 or more years with a CDL license.
* Comply with Federal DOT, State and Local Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
* Ability to read, write, and speak English.
* Valid Commercial Driver's License with proper endorsement(s).
* Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
Physical Demands:
* Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs
* Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
* Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)
