Sweep and pick up around the entrances and exits to the garage and stairwells, as well as clean surface area rails, etc. on all levels, the booth, the office and rest rooms, as directed. Empty all trashcans in the garage, the booth, and the office. Responsible for safety and security of company equipment. Report any known, observed, or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazard, or any unusual occurrence(s) to the regional and/or account managers in a timely manner. Pick-up and delivery of winter supplies, sand, salt, fuel, power equipment, vehicles, etc., as applicable per location. Maintain an inventory of janitorial supplies and submit requests to re-stock supplies as needed. Operate necessary equipment for cleaning and maintaining the facility. Shovel, plow, or blow snow from the entrance or exit ramps and in areas designated by the Facility Manager if and when needed. What we're looking for:* Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility. Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Reports to General Counsel * Primary administrator of the Legal Department's in house contract lifecycle management platform * Administrator of legal invoicing platform including processing invoices, setting up matters and managing outside counsel billing * Manage calendar for General Counsel of Legal Department * Manage and maintain expense reports for General Counsel on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. * Book travel for General Counsel as well as create agendas and arrange travel and meetings * Plan and execute logistics for Legal events (i.e. Legal retreats, meetings, lunches, LAZ University events etc.). * Handle incoming phone calls and emails from both employees, clients, and vendors related to Legal inquiries. Maintain relationships with external legal service providers and monitor budgets. * Maintain relationships with external legal service providers including monitoring budgets, quarterly meetings, and new matters. * Schedule meetings for various Legal team members as well as with external contacts. * Prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, applications, certificates, permits and other materials from copy, rough drafts and other sources. * Establish and maintain filing systems. * Other related duties as required. EDUCATION: * Bachelors Degree SKILLS: * Prior experience with Evisort or other contract management lifecycle platform desired, but not required. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong Internet skills * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work well with Legal team members, as well as independently. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time in order to meet set deadlines. * Proven problem-solving abilities. * Attention-to-detail and high-level of accuracy required. * Commitment to confidentiality required.
