About the Role We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role works closely with tenants, senior management, and internal teams to ensure properties are operating efficiently and to the highest standards. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $104,600 to $191,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $125,400 to $217,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
