It was a job
Patty is verbally abusive to tenants and staff alike. Coming into the office everyday was like walking on eggshells. For someone who likes to tell people to take their medicine maybe she should get her own diagnosis because the lady is very bipolar and aggressive
My favorite Perk was leaving
She's close to death
Gl unfortunately culture works from the bottom down and the owner doesn't care about treating people as people. The company seems to stay in the family and Paul is no better

Personally the most fulfilling thing was handling the complaints about the owner. It let me know it wasn't just me
My co-worker's and the cliental the jobs had come from
The Management. May suit other's just fine but very un-ethical in my eyes
If we had finished the job before the time it was due, then we received weekly bonuses
The owners were terrific. The coworkers were great
Management tends to think the company was "overstaffed" and that everything took five minutes to due. Managers took credit for work completed by staff. Poor communication. Overall lack of appreciation of staff
Was generally able to leave at 5:00 every day. 35 hour week was a nice perk as well
