· Operates and is responsible for emergency service for underground and above ground storage tanks

· Evaluates, monitors and approves work requests and building services for asset performance failures including daily activity prioritization and emergency response determinations
· Reviews existing A/E construction drawings and documents to verify equipment, locations and established O&M procedures
· Provides assistance, recommendations and comments on drawings
· Drives a vehicle to conduct WSSC Water business

· Performs pavement and roadway snow removal and deicing duties
· Assists with construction management and coordinates space planning projects, facility/office moves and facility rehabilitation projects, and coordinates tenant build-outs
