The Supply Chain Analyst Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the AFE Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, and Demand Planner roles. This position ensures the effective management of supply chain processes, inventory optimization, and expenditure approvals. The Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Responsibilities
* Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain performance metrics,

* Ensure subordinates, internal customers, and vendors follow applicable laws and regulations
* Act as supervisory direct report for assigned Supply Chain Personnel (i.e., performance management, corrective action, training, defining daily priorities, creating work schedules, etc.)
* Identify and address the training and development needs of team members by creating and implementing individualized development plans.
* Manage time and attendance for assigned Supply Chain Personnel including timecard approval or paid time off

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, repairs and calibrates sensors at an entry to intermediate level, to include but not limited to: pressure, temperature, speed, density, viscosity, pH, level position, float, counting devices, hydraulic control, photo cells, flow rate, differential pressure, pressure switches under the direction and guidance of the Lead Electronics Technician and/or Supervisor.
Performs use of Data Van control software to include: installation, configuration, and remote usage, pull and analyze log data files and configuration files from a Data Van or other unit. Assists other electronics personnel on equipment capabilities and usage to include Data Van software.
Performs tracking and accountability of repair parts, ready spares and consumables. Communicates equipment status details and directions in a clear and coherent manner. Maintains daily work logs, paperwork requirements, and work orders on a timely and efficient basis.
Coordinates with appropriate personnel in regards to completing work requests, troubleshooting and upgrading equipment. Coordinates with other technicians and Lead personnel regarding equipment status, emergency repairs and best practices of equipment usage.
Displays knowledge of circuits, systems and components utilized on the fracturing equipment. Analyzes and modifies standard circuitry to improve its performance.
Performs maintenance of computer systems including software and hardware updates. Completes preventive maintenance and visual inspections using authorized procedures, preventive maintenance forms, and reporting media.
Reads, comprehends, and interprets blueprints/drawings, schematics, and procedures and relates them to the facility/equipment and have the ability to troubleshoot non-standard electronic devices or devices for which documentation is incomplete or not available.
Sets up and runs tests with occasional supervisory and/or engineering support.
Performs failure analysis and communicates findings effectively using standalone reports and/or other software.

The welder welds together metal components of products such as Drilling Rigs, pre-fabricated structural braces, vehicles, and heavy equipment with (SMAW) shield metal arc Welding, (GMAW) Gas Metal Arc Welding, and Oxy-acetylene welding. Gathers dimensions and lays them out on structural steel structures i.e. installation of conductor, Braiden-head, casing cut-offs, plug and abandon.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Welding Preparation: Obtains specified electrode, based on criteria of raw goods being welded; inserts electrode into rod holder or feed wire "consumable" through welding gun. Attach ground clamp from welding machine to work piece, to dial in the adequate amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, to known standards. Start engine driven welding machine / electric welding machine to produce desired amps. Scratch start arc to generate heat to produce a molten puddle depositing filler metal from electrode to work piece; to join edges of work piece. Preheats work piece with hand torch or heating furnace where applicable. Positions and clamps work pieces together to assemble them on a jig or fixture. Tacks / welds assemblies together.
Welding: Manually guides electrode or gun along beveled or fillet edge, maintaining length of arc and speed, to form specified depth of fusion, width, and convex of weld on welded fixture, visually judged by color of base metal i.e. stainless, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle. Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions on plate.
Post Welding Duties: Cleans slag of weld joint. Visually examines weld on i.e. bead size, bead crown convex/concave, porosity, and undercut according to AWS welding specifications. Repairs out of code equipment/raw goods, i.e. broken, cracked parts and fills cavity. Prepares parts for non-destructive testing (NDT); chips off excess weld, slag, and spatter.
