Conduct the organization's Life Saving Rules Observations, use stop work authority when necessary, and perform immediate corrective action upon observance of noncompliance
Assist with incident reporting and train supervisors on reporting standards
Train new employees and supervisors on HSE, DOT, organizational, and other regulatory safety standards
Attend all required training and certification courses (i.e., Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certification, CDL license, CDL Driver trainer, Defensive Driving trainer, etc.)
Maintain current knowledge of DOT, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), organizational policies, and other federal, state, or local regulations
Inspect and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Monitor convoy location arrival and departure speed and spacing
Assist with rig-up and rig down when necessary
Safely transport personnel and equipment to and from location as needed
Safely drive a company vehicle day or night, on various road types, and in all weather conditions
Maintain compliance with HSE policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper PPE

Qualifications
Either 2 years' experience as an oilfield HSE Representative, or 2 years' experience in oilfield operations, required
Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited college or technical school will be considered in lieu of experience
Maintain a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, required
Must be willing to be on call every other weekend
Must have general knowledge of the oil and gas industry

Qualifications
Minimum 3 year experiences as a Journeyman Electrician, preferred
Technical Associate's degree preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience
High School diploma or equivalent, required
Maintaining a current, valid Journeyman Electrician license, required
Maintaining a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, required
Proficient working with medium voltage components on well servicing equipment
Must possess moderate knowledge of electrical equipment used in well servicing
Moderate knowledge of well stimulation services
Full understanding of E-Fleet schematic for all cable connections and layout
Must stay current on continuing educations requirements (i.e., National Electrician Code (NEC), NFPA 70, etc.)
Must attend all organization required training and be willing to obtain any certification deemed necessary
Good leadership characteristics; able to monitor and coach less experienced team members
Good written and verbal communication skills, can effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and personnel at all levels of the organization
Able to read instruction manuals, blueprints, utilize diagnostic tools, and follow detailed directions
Proficient working in Microsoft Office 365 applications and all other work related software
Safety conscious, observant, and willing to use stop work authority when necessary
Must be physically able to safely perform duties during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Must be available to adjust work schedule and remain on call when required
Must be physically able to safely perform duties in all weather conditions including extreme heat or cold
Must be physically able to remain alert and safe during exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles, and moderate to loud noises

Perform interior and exterior maintenance of all assigned facility buildings (i.e., perform regular walk-throughs, remove trash, minor repairs, etc.)
Replace faulty bulbs, ceiling tiles, and perform other minor repair tasks
Perform scheduled routine preventive maintenance
Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of outdoor areas and yards
Respond to the Facilities Helpdesk E-ticketing system service requests and record performed and completed work
Maintain trash bins, cans, containers, and roll-offs
Maintain conference and meeting rooms (i.e., set up, break down, arrange seating, stock refrigerators with water, etc.)
Maintain and clean parking areas
Operate and maintain upkeep of yard equipment (i.e., mowers, weed eaters, man lifts, etc.)
Maintain ice houses
Direct or assist the Facilities Assistants' duties when requested
