The Supply Chain Analyst Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the AFE Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, and Demand Planner roles. This position ensures the effective management of supply chain processes, inventory optimization, and expenditure approvals. The Floorhands job is to safely and efficiently provide the manual labor required to operate the equipment on the drilling rig floor. This includes the operation of tongs and use of drilling slips to assemble and disassemble drilling pipe and collars, operation of hoists to raise/lower equipment and personnel as well as hand tools, sledge hammers and large pipe wrenches to maintain and repair equipment. The Floorhand participates in a variety of activities in repairing, maintaining and cleaning the rig equipment. This may include chipping and painting, the physical movement of equipment, the mixing of chemicals and the greasing, oiling and washing of equipment, walls and floors. The Floorhand performs these tasks under the close supervision of the Driller. The job of the Motorhand is to safely and efficiently ensure that the regular preventative maintenance and repair activities for the generators, main engines, air compressors, portable water system, drill water manifold and pumps, and cold start air compressors occur in a timely manner to prevent downtime and ensure the efficient and continual functioning of the mechanical equipment used in the operation of the drilling rig. The Mechanic will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of engines and diesel engines used to power our fleet trucks, tractor trailers and tankers using hand tools, and machine tools.
