A “beyond-the-numbers” thinker, she is committed to creating and cultivating an environment where people do their best. With more than 20 years of experience, she’s learned that purpose is essential, and that people thrive in workplaces that encourage them to be authentic and true to themselves.

Before joining Prophet, she was CFO at Kantar Media and Kantar Consulting. Amy also held key financial positions at Ogilvy & Mather, heading financial planning and acquisition activity. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed multiple M&A transactions, overseen restructuring events and led companies through numerous periods of rapid change and growth. An expert in change management, she is skilled at leading process improvements that maximize results.

She earned her undergraduate degree in finance and marketing from McGill University in Montreal, and her JD/MBA from York University in Toronto. Besides her husband and three kids, she’s passionate about running, yoga and cooking.
