* When supporting Proposal Managers on large, strategic proposals, duties will include:
* Develop proposal outlines needed to facilitate the proposal development process.
* Develop proposal templates for use in proposal development.
* Perform comparison analysis between RFP and Amendments.
* Write technical narrative based on interviews with subject matter experts, project administrators, and boilerplate narrative.
* Perform detailed, comprehensive compliance analysis between RFP requirements and proposal narrative.
* Perform technical analysis of proposal narrative for company and proposal strategy.
* Format documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Adobe InDesign and Acrobat according to RFP requirements.
* Proofread for grammar, spelling, factual accuracy, and clarity.
* Act as Proposal Manager in manager’s absence.
* Facilitate proposal production, including printing, copying, binding, and delivering proposals;
* Print RFPs for distribution.
* Additional duties as assigned.
* When acting as lead on small- to medium-sized proposals, duties in addition to those listed above will include:
* Manage all phases of the proposal development starting with proposal assignment to contract award.
* Exercise appropriate judgment and decision-making regarding proposal development, handling of classified or confidential information, and working with team members outside of BD.
* Analyze and interpret RFPs and provide guidance to proposal team, including cost, subject matter experts, and subcontractors.
