Job Summary:
The Proposal Manager will develop custom and complex Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposals (RFP) for clients. In this role, they will thoughtfully craft proposals to support the Sales team in illustrating the SmithRx value proposition to potential clients, consultants, and benefit brokers. They will interface with internal teams across the organization (Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Clinical, Legal, Account Management, etc.) to gain an in-depth understanding of SmithRx to accurately represent services.. What you will do:
Oversee the RFI and RFP process, serving as central point of contact for coordinating and combining proposal drafts from all contributors
Heavily customize proposals to illustrate the company's value proposition while illustrating an understanding of each client's unique needs
Communicate clearly to Sales when RFP materials are ready for submission and provide links to all submission materials
Collaborate with the Strategy, Revenue, and Sales teams to gather track down responses to RFP questions that aren't readily available
Review, edit, and customize proposal drafts, qualitative supplemental documents, and executive summaries to produce a final product with a consistent voice
Ensure new responses are sent to the Content Database for future usage
