About the Role
MWH is seeking a qualified Proposal Manager to lead the development and production of compelling, winning proposals that demonstrate our firm s expertise. This position will sit onsite from our corporate office in Broomfield, CO.
The Proposal Manager drives winning pursuits by developing compelling proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), interview presentations, and supports marketing efforts as applicable. The right candidate will lead and coordinate a project team of writers, editors, designers, and subject matter experts to develop, design, write, edit, and finalize complex construction-related proposals, forms, and qualification packages. This position plays a key role throughout the sales cycle, starting with analyzing RFPs and participating in Go/No-Go decisions. You'll collaborate with the project team to ensure proposals effectively address the client's needs, and then participate in presentation preparation to secure the client's selection. Essential Functions
Lead the Proposal Process:
Analyzing RFQ/RFP documents, outlining requirements, developing pursuit production plans, creating deliverables calendars, and coordinating the development of all response materials with the Campaign Manager, operational leads, subject matter experts, and other marketing/design and proposal professionals.
Develop Compelling Written Content & Visual Storytelling:
Developing and producing compelling written content with creative graphic elements that meet submittal requirements and are easily reviewed by selection panels.
Translating Complex Information into Engaging Content:
Facilitating strategy and messaging workshops while translating the information into engaging content using graphics, case studies, and other innovative imagery to represent technical data, metrics, organizational information, project and staff information, or procedural materials.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborating with Business Development, Preconstruction, and Construction professionals to develop compelling, project-specific content.
Mentoring and Collaborating with Proposal Coordinators and Specialists:
Provide mentorship and guidance to develop their proposal management skills. Work alongside these personnel to ensure successful proposal development and execution, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Internal Content Management:
Developing, managing, and updating internal information, including resumes, project descriptions, graphics, templates, the CRM system, and other content archives.
Basic requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or other applicable related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 8 years of demonstrably relevant experience leading and developing submittals, marketing materials, graphics, and other content using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.

Position Overview:
The Proposal Specialist works in collaboration with the Business Development & Marketing teams to expand Briotix Health's potential new and existing client base through overseeing the proposal lifecycle process and providing administrative support within the Responsive software system. The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for crafting persuasive, detailed templated proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to aid Briotix Health in securing contracts, will focus on clear writing/editing, project coordination, and understanding client needs to ensure compliance and competitiveness and to create compelling narratives.
Job Duties:
Complete content creation through writing clear, concise, and compelling narratives, including executive summaries, technical approaches, and management plans, tailored to specific RFPs.
Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle; establish timelines, manage deadlines, coordinate team inputs, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to gather technical, financial, and operational information and ensure content accuracy.
Conduct research and follow compliance requirements to ensure all submitted documents strictly adhere to client specifications and Briotix Health business needs.
Follow a strategic approach to translating technical solutions and Briotix Health value into persuasive language that addresses client pain points and differentiates the organization from competitors.
Edit, proofread, and format the proposal to ensure clarity, consistency, grammatical accuracy, and strict adherence to all RFP guidelines and formatting requirements.
Maintain a content library or database of reusable proposal templates and responses to streamline future submissions.
Create additional business content such as but not limited to: case studies, value propositions and differentiators, ideal client profiles, etc.
Maintain a professional demeanor in person and online.

The Position:
In support of the Development Department, the Senior Grant Specialist will be responsible for the grant lifecycle, including researching, drafting, and submitting proposals to secure funding from foundations and corporations. To update, gather, edit and create sports content for DenverFan.com. Ensure that all content on DenverFan.com is fresh and represents the high standards of 104.3 The Fan. Effectively manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in bid and proposal management or related experience.

Strong process and project leadership skills: organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.
