Job Description:
Operates all equipment in an effective, safe and efficient manner. Minimizes radiation exposure. Assists physicians with invasive radiographic procedures.
Handles and assists in sterile procedure and supplies. Must prep and monitor patients during the procedure.
Records QA assignments. Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Performs routine maintenance in cleaning all equipment. Complies with house-wide BSI precautions and follows recommendations.
Follow the safety steps required to perform their duties and be in compliance with medical, state and federal safety standards. They must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriately.
Must be proficient in all aspects of ordered IR procedure. This service provides diagnostic images for interpretation by the Radiologist.
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to set-up and assist in venous access procedures.
Review patient history for patient's condition. Take precautions to check for possible adverse reactions.
Demonstrates knowledge and ability of inventory status and control. Rotates stock, maintains and adequate quantity.
Obtains and records all patient data as required by the medical center, state, JCAHO or other agencies. Ensure proper charging of all procedures, coding, and modifiers are correct.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Graduate of an approved accredited program of Radiologic Technology.
Current CPR certification
ARRT(R) registered or eligible (see below for individual state requirements)
State Licensure:
Kentucky
KBMIRT Radiation Operator's License - Radiography (Temporary or Permanent)
Associate has 12 months from the issuance of a Temporary KBMIRT Radiation Operator's License - Radiography to obtain ARRT(R).
Indiana
Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) License - (Radiologic Technologist or Radiology Student Permit)
Associate has 6 months from the issuance of a Radiology Student Permit to obtain ARRT(R).

A Day in the Life -
The Institutional Marketing Specialist oversees interdisciplinary processes of proposal generation for business development opportunities and customized response development for due diligence inquiries. They are responsible for implementing a sound and strategic approach to each proposal or questionnaire response commonly referred to as Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). Skill sets should include but are not limited to an individual with previous experience where preparation of written materials and coordination of highly visible client and promotional events have been completed. Demonstrated strong proposal writing experience. Excellent copy-editing skills, especially with complex financial concepts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the RFP/RFI/DDQ process and workflow from receipt of request to delivery of final product within the required time frame. Works with sales team for lead qualification, product positioning, and strategizing.
Responsible for the quality and continuity of the firm's product narratives within the following: internal content management platform, third party databases, marketing collateral, and all publicly facing material. As needed, will produce custom product presentations and create digital and print collateral for the purpose of marketing the firm's products and services, and update as required.
Facilitates communication with cross-functional teams within the firm from Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Investment Management, Client Service, Operations and Human Resources as well as external partners as needed in the process of completing RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, etc.
Develops accurate and persuasive investment strategy positioning and messaging for RFPs, RFIs, presentations, and digital assets.
Develops and maintains “standardized proposals” for each institutional investment strategy.
Desired Competencies and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, a strong Liberal Arts background or commensurate experience.
Demonstrated successful previous experience and training where preparation of written materials and coordination of highly visible client and promotional events have been completed. Demonstrated strong proposal writing experience. Excellent copy-editing skills, especially with complex financial concepts.
Demonstrated excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, focused and concise manner. Effectively interacts and communicates with all levels of staff and management.

Manage task order responses to existing IMS BPA/IDIQ contract vehicles

Ensure any pricing volumes, supplementals, and/or appendixes are complete and compliant

Coordinate with and provide updates to business develop team and leadership as needed
Required Skills:
