    Sales Development Representative II (Houston Onsite) SDRs are on the front lines of our sales process and are responsible for engaging in meaningful conversations with potential customers who will benefit from our SaaS solutions. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Executive Account Managers (EAMs) up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to do discovery and qualify sales opportunities through discussing challenges and initiatives while matching those to our solutions in a compelling way. Reporting to the Director of our Inside Sales team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will work closely with EAMs by discovering, nurturing, and managing early-mid stage funnel and the development of key influencer relationships who make up the buying group at a target account. They will work on inbound marketing inquiries and outbound target accounts to nurture and develop leads to high pipeline sales opportunities that are ready for active sales executive involvement. The SDR team is uniquely positioned within the Marketing department at the intersection between Marketing and Sales. There are multiple career paths for this role within PROS with a direct path into Field Sales as well as paths to Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and others. A Day in the Life of the Sales Development Representative II: * Representing our software solutions, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to discovery and discussions/presentations with prospective customers to identify how our solutions meet their needs * Nurturing relationships within the buying group at target accounts and generate sales opportunities (Buying group personas: CXOs, P&L Owners, Sales Leaders, Pricing Leaders, Finance Leaders, Digital/ Ecommerce Leaders, IT Leaders) * Nurturing and qualifying low opportunities to high pipeline sales stages for Executive Account Manager handoff * Managing and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps * Identifying best practices and provide feedback to refine the company's lead targeting and approach * Leveraging our sales technology and marketing tools for personalized and tailored outreach to generate new sales opportunities (Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, DemandBase, Seismic) * Identifying prospect's needs, challenges and initiatives and suggest appropriate software solutions * Targeting accounts with revenues $250 million and up conflicts * Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market * Progress low pipeline opportunities to high pipe sales stage * Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives * Attend regional events and tradeshows Required Qualifications - About you: We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills and behaviors: * You have an interest in AI and machine learning technology * You have proven experience in inside sales, specifically in a similar role for an enterprise corporation selling business-critical applications. SaaS experience is a plus. Position Summary The Safety Specialist supports the HSE Manager in building and maintaining a safe, healthy workplace by preventing injuries and illnesses through compliance, proactive hazard control, and fostering a strong, employee-driven safety culture. Provides technical input for the City's project control system (Primavera P6) that is utilized by various City departments, including developing, implementing, and recommending new reporting techniques within the P6 system in collaboration with project managers and IT personnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leads, reviews, and trains entry-level project control staff members in work areas including proper project/program methods, scheduling, and cost/budget data. Assists program managers and project managers in the development of scope, schedule, budget, and cost data for capital projects. Assists in the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of baseline schedules for capital projects; updates and maintains Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules and baseline project schedules. Coordinates with consultants and contractors on development of schedules that meet requirements set forth in the schedule specifications; qualifies and apportions the effect of a delay or change. Recommends continuous system expansion of Primavera P6 functionality utilization to enhance execution of project performance; defines and implements user skills and processes needed to develop and archive projects into the Primavera Cloud. Develops project improvement techniques using feedback from project managers and uses improved techniques for reporting requirements including schedules, cost, earned value, and analytics. Collaborates with the IT department to develop prototypes for automated systems to streamline scheduling and budget processes. Reviews submitted baseline and progress schedules for compliance with City guidelines and analyzes schedules for reasonableness compared to project scope and progress. Works with department project managers and program managers to evaluate schedule status and provide recommendations to address schedule deficiencies or expedite schedules. Assists with the integration of schedule data with project cost data in the City's Capital Project Management System (CPMS). Assembles and compiles schedule and cost data and inputs into the Project Controls Systems to ensure appropriate project status. Monitors and reviews project controls data (schedule and cost) for capital projects. Prepares status reports and other related project planning and control documentation; prepares CIP data for dashboards and project webpages. Interfaces with program managers/project managers to define needs for changes to budgets and schedules and identification of variances from the original project plan; develops process improvement plans to meet department goals in utilizing the P6 system. Prepares and develops customized reports for program managers/project managers and various City departments. Participates in program and project status meetings and coordinates with other Project Controls Specialists and associated staff across the City. Performs other related duties as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Knowledge of: Project control principles, including scheduling and project cost management. Developing and creating reporting formats in scheduling software; Primavera (P3 or P6) and Microsoft Project. Project reporting systems (earned value as implemented by the city). Capital Projects practices in the public and/or private sectors. Office equipment including computers and Microsoft Office Suite. Earned Value Management. Skill in: Analytical and critical thinking. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field such as planning, engineering, business administration, finance, or public administration and three years of experience working with project scheduling, cost estimating, and tracking in a capital project organization, including project management system (such as Primavera-P6) experience.

Complete Required System Tasks in VSI Internal Application as well as Client Application. Review returned documents and upload/file accordingly if correct to ensure package is complete. Obtain clarification on rejection issues by communicating with appropriate sources to ensure understanding and ability to take pertinent corrective action. Communicate any and all issues with the loan documents to the clients to determine how to proceed with the file. Maintain open lines of communication with customer and department members to ensure documents are processed in a timely and accurate manner Perform basic review on closing packages while stacking to ensure proper signatures are present on behalf of Client at their direction and following established procedures when issues are found. Review the deed and mortgage documents for each closing to ensure recordable documents are present for offshore Quality Control and Auditing Copy and/or scan all completed package documents into system for retention and customer availability purposes. Work to meet and exceed the defined production standards, metrics and/or SLA set forth by Management. Prepare completed packages for overnight delivery to lender according to established delivery service procedures to ensure lender requirements are met. Provide back-up to various department functions when necessary to ensure continuation of department workflow.
