The Account Advisor is responsible for continually introducing new products and services to current clients. The Account Adviser's primary focus is to sell SEO, add-on products (mobile, social, design) as well as upgrading client to higher platforms to ensure they are maximizing the best results from ProSites portfolio of products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Make outbound prospecting calls daily to current ProSites clients
Build relationships with clients for long-term growth of accounts and success
Conduct in-depth needs assessments of current clients
Demonstrate SEO and add-on features to current database of client
Educate current clients on how to successfully integrate the Internet into their Marketing efforts
Overcome technical and business objections of current clients
Emphasize features that clients express a need in, quote prices, and prepare order
Close sales opportunities
Use our CRM to qualify clients and capture key data points
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly individual sales quotas are exceeded by selling SEO and add-on products to current clients
Have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, industry and client needs.
Attend and manage exhibitor booths at various tradeshows as needed.
Regular and reliable attendance is expected as this is a full time position

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly individual sales quotas are exceeded by selling new accounts
Have a thorough understanding of the ProSites products and services, industry and client needs.
Attend and manage exhibitor booths at various tradeshows as needed.
Regular and reliable attendance is expected as this is a full-time position

Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of technology-based sales experience
Inside Sales Call center Experience
College Degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of being a top producing sales consultant in SaaS model industries

As an SEO Strategist for ProSites, you are connecting SMB business owners like dentists, lawyers, and accountants to great solutions that help build successful businesses by bringing in new clients, talking to the right clients, and letting them focus on what they love - their business.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies, tracking, and analyzing SEO performance for multiple verticals, and ensuring websites are properly optimized.
Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive SEO experience, a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, and an up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends and changes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to ensure positive results for all clients.
Direct, participate in, and report findings of comprehensive client Website Audits & Competitive Search Analyses.
Work cases (questions and requests) from our account management team in regard to client SEO projects to assist in preparing them for upcoming calls.
Work directly with high value, escalated and at-risk clients to plan & implement online campaigns & SEO strategies that align with client KPIs and marketing goals.
Guide teams on changes that can be made to improve SEO results through identification of low-performing metrics via at-risk assessments.
Collaborate with SEO team manager on other SEO tasks our team might need assistance on.

Qualifications:
2+ years of industry experience in SEO
Solid understanding of SEO content marketing, technical SEO and SEO strategy
Communication Skills - speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being over verbose or talkative. Great listener.
Comfortable leading client calls.
Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, RavenTools)
Strong time management and project management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
High tolerance for change and respect for dynamic entrepreneurial management philosophy
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent work experience
