I love being able to talk to people who I assist in wheelchairs and it helped me become very communicative to people. The reason I do this is because I only get to see the people I assist for a short amount of time and that might be the only time I'll ever get to see them, and that is why I want to chat with people and be friendly to them so that way before I finish assisting them, they will ask for my name and thank me so much that they will never forget me for assisting them.

Working for Prospect is fine because you meet a lot of people and its not a difficult job for a minor. However, the one thing I don't like about prospect is when they freeze our shift times meaning we have to stay longer than our scheduled shift times. I understand the reason they do this is because the airports do get busy around certain times during the day and we have to assist anyone who requested wheelchair assistance, however sometimes we stay longer because either we are short handed on that day or we get flights that are delayed/ canceled due to events such as severe weather.

The only benefit that I can think of is when working at the airport and when I want to buy something for lunch or just to have as a snack, I have an employee discount meaning that anything I pay for will be less than what it costs in the airport because it is so expensive to buy anything even a bottle of water which costs like 3 or 5 bucks.
