Prospect Capital CEO and leadership

Mr. Eliasek is President and Chief Operating Officer of Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC) and a Managing Director of Prospect Capital Management (PCM) and Prospect Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Prospect Capital Corporation. At Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek is responsible for leading the Prospect team of professionals in the origination and assessment of investments. Prior to Prospect Capital, Mr. Eliasek served as a Managing Director with Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm which, together with its predecessors, has invested in excess of $1.5 billion in senior loan, mezzanine, bridge loan, private equity, and venture capital structures through publicly traded closed-end funds and private limited partnerships.

Kristin Van Dask works at Arthur Andersen LLP and a CFO/Chief Compliance Ofcr/Treasurer/Secy at Prospect Capital Management and is based in New York City, New York. She has worked as Controller at Prospect Capital Management, Audit Manager - Financial Services at EY, and Manager:Accounting at GSC GROUP. Kristin studied at Towson University between 1997 and 2001.

Steven Elliott is a Chief Information Security Officer at Prospect Capital Management.

Trisha Blackman is Head of Human Resources and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. She is also a Vice President of Administration and has worked in finance, administration and investments since 1985. Trisha rejoined Prospect in 2017 after working for Prospect from 1998 - 2002 as office manager with fund administration responsibilities. She most recently returned from Hawaii where she worked as business manager for a hedge fund, and also held a position as office manager with human resources and compliance responsibilities for a national construction and engineering firm. Trisha was portfolio and executive assistant to the founder/president of BEA Associates and participated in the start-up as a member of Zesiger Capital Group.

Trisha received her BA from SUNY Oswego.
