POSITION PURPOSE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

* Tracks individual progress and conducts performance appraisals. Formulates and implements corrective actions as needed. Recommends promotions for associates as appropriate. Provides leadership training to associates seeking management opportunities.
* Approves all sick leave, vacation, overtime, and time sheets for each bankingcenter associate. Keeps accurate payroll and attendance records.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with customers.
* Ensures that customer's' requests and questions are promptly resolved. Handles customer's complaints.
* Ensures that customers are informed of Bank services and policies. Counsels' customers regarding their financial needs and services requested.
* Ensures that the Bank's quality reputation is maintained and projected.

Education/Certification:
Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.

Familiarity with Branch functions, policies, and procedures.
Experience Required:
Minimum three years related experience in a financial institution, with a minimum of two years supervisory experience.
Skills/Abilities:

Job Summary
The Assistant BankingCenterManager is part of the Bank's retail area, and the primary responsibility is to assist the BankingCenterManager with the day-to-day operations of the bankingcenter. Oversee and provide guidance to operators and third-party providers
Lead preparation and emergency response to all portfolio emergencies including natural disasters
Provide support for emergency communications and tracking material incidents and status of owned properties during natural disasters. Collaborate with asset management and operating partners on portfolio strategy
Collaborate with peers across multiple portfolios to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement across property types
