Job Description Provides project management leadership on a small project or sub-project within multi-year engagements. Manages all aspects of assigned projects throughout the project lifecycle including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, issues, risks, communications and changes. Develops customer specific project management plans that include the management of scope, schedule, cost, resources/organization, communications, risks, issues, quality, configuration/documentation and procurement. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion. Revises project plans and schedules as appropriate as a result of approved changed requests. Prepares and submits project status reports to management and conduct regularly scheduled project status update meetings. Facilitates the identification and management of project risks, issues and action items. Facilitates the project change management process. Communicates with all areas affected by the project to include internal subject matter experts, external corporate departments and customers. Prepares materials and trains project team members in the use of project management process and tools. Facilitates and participates in technical / business discussions, requirements clarification sessions, etc. as required. This role involves managing multiple initiatives focused on clinical research data acquisition, integration, and utilization. Key Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, reporting, and close-out of projects in alignment with approved strategies, milestones, and deliverables. Provide oversight and coordination for project management activities within a matrixed, cross-functional team environment. Ensure program compliance with organizational policies, contracts, and fiscal planning procedures. Support program reporting, including monthly updates and quarterly/annual summaries. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings-prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items for committees, review panels, and project teams.
