Job Description
Looking for a rock star SystemsEngineer with 7+ yrs. who can deploy new systems with or without direct support or guidance. This position will require heavy international travel so a valid passport is required.
Qualifications
Must have experience:
Candidate must have Expert level knowledge of vSphere/ESXi (5.5 & up) working in a large cluster with multiple remote locations
Candidate must have Expert level knowledge Active Directory working in a large domain with multiple sites
Candidate needs to have experience doing automation and deployment scripts preferably using PowerShell or Perl
Must be able to configure, troubleshoot and diagnose vSAN architecture
Deployment of Windows 2012 R2 in VMware environment
Understands AD Integrated DNS architecture
VMware ESXi deployment (Large environment)
VMware hosts joining to Vcenter server
Rack, stack and configure Infrastructure hardware
Basic cabling and network connectivity
Understands SAN and VSAN concept and able to connect VSAN with Servers (preferably NetApp)
Understands LUNs and Storage in depth
Strong technical documentation skills
Nice to have:
Worked with SCCM
