Prosys company history timeline

1997

ProSys Information Systems was founded in April, 1997 by Michelle Clery and Bruce Keenan.

1999

New expansion on Fillinges’ site in 1999.

2002

In 2002, the management at ProSys decided to launch a B2B venture.

2004

The arrival of the new CEO in 2004 is a new start with a new organization adapted to new challenges and to the new strategic analysis.

2006

Launched in 2006, our ProSys reseller portal sought to make a user friendly, simple web interface system for ordering , provisioning and post-deployment management of Customer-premise equipment (CPE).

In 2006, acquisition of new know-hows with 2 external growth operations: ATIA Concept and MS Novaxis, who specialize respectively in plastic welding and vision control.

2012

Since 2012 Prosys has refocused on its historical activity and core business : winding, welding, assembly, and testing of winded products.
