    What is SIPPS? “Slab in Place Processing” (SIPPS) is an innovative process, created by ProTex that moisture conditions foundation-bearing soils to a specified depth. It eliminates the need to add additional days to the production schedule to recertify Pads before pouring a foundation; and provides Pad Certification for sites that require moisture to depths 12 inches or greater. Your Role as a SIPPS Crew Member Reports to the SIPPS Supervisor Install, maintain/repair and remove SIPPS systems at a residential construction site. Components include - Poly Pipe and a Back Flow connected to a water source. Work Experience No experience required - We will train you! Knowledge of standard practices, materials and equipment is helpful. Trenching shovel, basic plumbing, hand auger. Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers and supervisor. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Ability to work outdoors, during the day, in the hot Arizona climate.
