Job Description In this position, you will be required to: Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment. Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process. Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing. Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues. Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination. Test Administrators info: On-site 100% at the Testing Center in NYC and in Chesapeake, VA. Will complete 20 to 24 hours of training time and a certification exam which will be conducted at the Test Center. Would be put on a training schedule to start, then once trained scheduling is done on an online program that they will have an account to. Schedule published every Friday and can see up to four weeks. Anticipated work schedule is 3 eight hour days but they would need someone to be flexible as there isn't a set schedule. Need Saturday availability and looking for someone who can start at 7:20A. They will be checking IDs, checking the candidate in front of them matches, collect Bio Metrics, account for personal items and ensure they are put way. Will mainly be at the front desk and the proctor station. Will have candidates pull out their pockets, to ensure no cheating materials are on the candidate. Monitor candidates for the duration of the exam. Customer service type role, but also need to follow guidelines and rules. Administrative and computer work, need to be able to use their computer for day to day tasks in order to admit and seat candidates. Light house keeping, after work station is used, clean the stations. Must have: Need to have office or administrative work (paper work), computer literacy, prior proctoring experience is preferred but not required. 45 seat center, number ranges depending on the event type. Dealing with only one room at the proctor position. Candidates that are currently in the process of taking any other professional certification exams are not eligible for this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Job Qualifications: Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. License: An active or eligible Virginia license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT). Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and commitment to patient care.
