This dual-role position functions as both the Application Manager and Project Manager for our core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, with a critical focus on maintaining, optimizing, and integrating Deltek Costpoint and the current Oracle Cloud environment.
Job Responsibilities:
This role is focused on serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Deltek Costpoint modules, including configuration, security, and maintenance, especially for Manufacturing, Materials, and Project Accounting.
Administer and manage the integrated application ecosystem, including the current Oracle Cloud platform, Deltek Cobra, RF Gen, TAP QA, and specialized manufacturing floor/testing automation systems.
Design, implement, and maintain the SQL Server Data Warehouse and administer the Cognos Business Intelligence platform to ensure data integrity and robust reporting capabilities.
Act as the Business Analyst and Project Manager to gather requirements, design system solutions, manage project scopes/timelines, and implement changes that support business processes, DCAA compliance, and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide advanced Tier 2/Tier 3 technical and functional support to end-users.
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Application Administration, Systems Analysis, or a closely related role.
3+ years of direct, deep experience administering and configuring Deltek Costpoint (Materials and Manufacturing module experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries) and practical experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Cognos).
Proven working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP or other major cloud-based ERP solutions.
Demonstrated foundational skills in Business Analysis (requirements gathering) and success in leading IT application projects (Project Manager experience).

THE POSITION- Onsite 80%
The Document Layout Specialist is a member of our Client Professional Services group responsible for the creation and change management of our client's customer communications including statements, invoices, letters, tax forms plus email and SMS templates. This position requires interaction with Lanvera project managers to create mockup samples for client sign-off along with building the programs and workflows for final documents. Data streams include Lanvera standardized XML and JSON as input to Quadient Designer. A typical single document project ranges from one (1) hour for a change to sixteen (16) hours or more for a complex creation.
The ideal candidate has document composition background and experience with Quadient, HP Extreme or other CCM is desirable but not required. Other relevant programming experience might include report building, document creation using standard programming languages, ETL, web page creation or data mapping experience. Lanvera will provide extensive training of our processes and the Quadient Designer tool.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience handling complex data represented in JSON, XML and CSV formats
Familiarity with basic programming concepts like filtering, if/then conditions, and looping structures.
Ability to prioritize activities aligned to changing demands, balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Document composition and layout design experience preferred but not required
Experience with Quadient (Inspire Designer) or other document generation software a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and desire for interacting and collaborating with internal and client teams

The Application Support Engineer is a key member of our dynamic client-facing technical (DevOps) team, responsible for supporting both custom-developed and third-party applications.
