Demonstrated experience with: Leading / managing future state design and process improvement projects focused on Record to Report (R2R) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) business functions. Functional and systems experience focused on R2R and/or O2C business functions. Serving as a solution architect, project manager and/or workstream lead for R2R and/or O2C during the design and implementation of Workday. Serving as a project manager over large, complex Workday Financials implementations Experience Ddeveloping Workday Financials and Account Center implementation plans, including estimating the level of effort, timing and costs Designing and implementing Workday. Key responsibilities as part of these initiatives include leading and performing: requirements definition, facilitating design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and post go-live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting and data management requirements. Design and architect Workday Financials configurations, including the FDM, workflows/BPs, account structures, and integrations with other systems. Implement best practices for Workday Financials and FDM to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with accounting standards. Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Workday capabilities, recommending solutions or enhancements. Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday Financials, FDM, Accounting Center, Adaptive, and Prism features and functionality. Leading and performing application control reviews and risk assessments for customers running Workday, Oracle, SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Assessing Workday in the context of a Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort is a plus. Working knowledge of Workday Accounting Center, Adaptive and/or Prism is a plus Knowledge of segregation of duties concepts, sensitive access and experience in user access security including design and configuration of Workday, Oracle Cloud, and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives. Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele. Strong network and relationship with Workday Account Executives and Services leadership and demonstrated experience leveraging that network to identify and bring in new Workday opportunities.
