Marc Puglia is Providence's chief financial officer and a managing director based in our Providence office. Mr. Puglia is currently a director of Merganser Capital Management. Prior to joining Providence in 2009, Mr. Puglia was a senior manager at KPMG in the economic and valuation services group. Previously, Mr. Puglia held various finance and consulting positions at The Stanley Works and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Puglia received a Juris Doctor from the Quinnipiac School of Law, a Master in International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut.

Paul Stocker is a Vice President, Information Technology at Providence Equity Partners; Chief Technology Officer at Providence Equity Partners; and Head of Information Technology at Providence Equity Partners and is based in Providence Rhode Island Area. He has worked as Project & IT Manager at Intrust Ltd and IT Manager at Providence Equity Partners.

Aaron Fine is senior legal counsel and chief compliance officer for PSG. Prior to joining Providence in 2015, Mr. Fine was an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he advised investment advisers and private funds. Mr. Fine received a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College.

Jerry Baglien is a CFO Real Estate at Benefit Street Partners; CFO Commercial Real Estate at Providence Equity Partners; and CFO/Treasurer at FRANKLIN BSP REALTY TRUST, INC. and is based in New York City, New York. He has worked as Director of Fund Finance at GTIS Partners, Senior Accountant at US Equities Realty Inc, and Accounting Manager at ISTAR INC.. Jerry attended Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, University of Oregon between 1995 and 1999, and DePaul University between 2002 and 2004.

Michael Dominguez is chief investment officer and a managing director based in our Providence office. He is a member of the investment, portfolio review and operating committees and leads the firm’s portfolio operations group. Mr. Dominguez is currently a director of The Chernin Group, EdgeConneX, OUTFRONT Media, TAIT, Topgolf and ZeniMax Media. He was previously a director of AutoTrader, Bresnan Communications, CDW, EdgeConneX, GLM, Learfield Sports, OEConnection, PanAmSat, RentPath and Tele1. Prior to joining Providence in 1998, Mr. Dominguez worked for Salomon Smith Barney in corporate finance, where he focused on the communications industry. Previously, he held positions with Morgan Stanley and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Dominguez received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University.

Roman A. Bejger is a General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Providence Equity Partners at Providence Equity Partners and is based in Talent, Oregon. He attended Stanford Law School and University at Buffalo.
