Cons of working at Providence Health & Services

Management avoids advancing certain employees. Superiors discourage employee complaints regarding hostile and disparaging treatment, are unprofessional in handling internal conflicts or simply ignore them, which in turn affect patient care and safety. In the end you end up paying so much out of pocket for medical expenses.
