Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management., Or equivalent education/experience
+ 5 years of Supply Chain Management or Finance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
+ Key experience highlights include; healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting; experience standardizing disparate processes; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Coursework/Training: Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs.
