Management changed a lot allowed to discriminate and nothing was done HR was aware
Nike pass
Great training programs.
Their practice of promoting and laying off managers.
Education.
Management avoids advancing certain employees. Superiors discourage employee complaints regarding hostile and disparaging treatment, are unprofessional in handling internal conflicts or simply ignore them, which in turn affect patient care and safety. In the end you end up paying so much out of pocket for medical expenses.
Interacting with patients
Support of Union when they can. Pay is good
