Swedish is seeking a full-time, board-certified/eligible Gastroenterology & Transplant Hepatology physician to join the Swedish Digestive Health Institute & Organ Transplant Program. This is one of the largest Liver Transplant programs in the Pacific Northwest and its continuing to grow. Swedish Gastroenterology is a 20-physician, ten-mid-level-provider employed group with a growing consultative practice that combines tertiary and quaternary referral care, including liver transplantation, therapeutic ERCP/EUS, POEM and deep enteroscopy, with GI care for a large, well-established Primary Care network all in and around Seattle in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. About the Position
We have an opening for a Supportive Housing Associate at our Rogue Ridge Apartments in Ashland, Oregon. The Supportive Housing Associate motivates adults with serious mental illness to participate in a variety of skills training and other treatment activities. Primary responsibilities include facilitating access to community resources and assisting tenants with health care arrangements, housing applications, move-in arrangements, medication administration, money management, symptom monitoring, and housekeeping. The Supportive Housing Associate encourages socialization, self-help, communication, and gives daily support for problem solving. This Supportive Housing Associate position requires that you demonstrate empathy and active listening. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
If you have experience working as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving for a client with behavioral health needs, then the Supportive Housing Associate position may be a great fit for you!
Vocational Training Program
For applicants starting as a QMHA-R, ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. Through this program, this certification can be achieved in as little as 6 months. This is an optional program.
Work Schedule: Thursday and Friday, 8:00am - 12:00am (16 hour shift, sleep onsite) (Part Time, Day & Overnight). An additional $75 bonus will be included on the nights that you sleep on-site.
What You'll Make

Rogue Ridge Apartments is a brand-new, 28-unit, permanent Supportive Housing program in Ashland, Oregon. Rogue Ridge serves adults who are houseless and living with a mental illness. The program is in a beautiful three-story apartment complex with elevators, ADA units, and a community/activity room for residents to enjoy. Supportive services include on-site staff who provide peer support, skills training, tenancy assistance, community navigation, and more; 24/7 access to housing support; and tenancy services and support around move in and out, rent collection, maintenance, and repairs.

What You'll Need
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration. Eligibility requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:

Pay Transparency:

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The Childcare Worker provides direct childcare services to children between the ages of one (1) months and twelve (12) years of age during hours, that the licensed daycare is unavailable, for children who are not actively engaged in the licensed daycare and/or when parents are unavailable to provide supervision, as well as children who utilize the daycare. 1. Department management and staff oversight:
a. Responsible for the overall supervision of assigned department management staff.
b. Personally interview final candidates for key positions and work with Human Capital Management and assigned management dyads in making final selections.
c. Oversee effective completion of quarterly performance evaluations and approve compensation process for assigned departments.
d. At least quarterly, communicate with direct reports regarding their performance and counsel them as needed. Let direct reports know when they are and are not meeting job expectations. Provide guidance to direct reports on how to improve performance.
e. Ensure supervisors are conducting staff coaching, recognition, counseling as needed. Oversee and conduct employee coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed or appropriate.

4. Quality Assurance (QA)/Compliance:
a. Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure that quality standards are met.
b. Demonstrate ability to consistently improve quality standards through implementation of appropriate action plans approved by the management dyad and Director, Core Laboratory Operations.
c. Evaluate the needs and expectations of the customers of the area annually and implement new quality programs designed to ensure that the quality of services meet or exceed customers expectations.
d. Prepare QA reports as appropriate.
e. Lead, facilitate and/or participate in Quality Management and other process improvement teams as appropriate. f. In conjunction with the management dyads, develop, revise, and implement department goals and objectives. Ensure that all goals and objectives are appropriately aligned with company strategic goals. Establishes priorities in consultation with management dyad and Director, Core Laboratory Operations.
g. Actively support and implement company and department procedures, policies, and strategies to support the corporate vision.

5. Workflow/Efficiency
a. Oversee workflow and productivity for all assigned departments.

Identify opportunities for new or improved service to both internal and external customers and implement new or improved services as appropriate.
c. Responsible for ensuring that the department operates efficiently. Look for ways to get maximum benefit from all resources. Continually assess department staffing levels and needs including scheduling strategies and full time vs. part time ratios when employees leave, examine current staffing levels and needs and determine appropriate replacement needs. d. Provide backup or coordinate fill in for department staff during times of unusually high workload or other special circumstances.

a. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of new requirements and technology through continuing education.
b. Coordinate with the Director, Core Laboratory Operations, Medical/Scientific Directors and department leadership groups to ensure that test menus and services are consistent with the sound patient care, client expectations and financial expectations.
c. Ensure quality control is performed, documented and acceptable prior to patient testing.
d. Ensure technical performance of the laboratory is acceptable including but not limited to calibrations, validations, quality control establishment, instrument maintenance and temperature control.
e. Ensure proficiency testing is performed, evaluated and corrective actions taken as appropriate in a timely manner.

Essential role
Assist veterinary technician with treatments and procedures as requested.
Demonstrate basic understanding of proper restra int, normal patient vitals, medications and procedures.
Set up for minor procedures and help to clean procedure room when requested.
Assist with diagnost ics when requested.
Ensure wellbeing and cleanliness of patients.
Confirm treatments and charges are correct in EMR when req uested.
Work to stock and ref111 nurse stations around the floor
Assist with documentation as well as participate in CPR when warranted.
Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and laundry upkeep
Report any sentinel event or adverse reactions in patients to the DVM and supervisor immediately.
Cooperate fully in any subsequent investigation.
Full-time team members are required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Part-time team members are required to work a minimum of 30 hours per month, but not more than 29.5 hours in one week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide PDO thread lifts, PRP/PRF injections, and skin boosters (training available if not yet certified).
Ensure all procedures are performed according to Amerejuve protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA compliance.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service, communication, and follow-up.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience required

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The Childcare Worker provides direct childcare services to children between the ages of one (1) months and twelve (12) years of age during hours, that the licensed daycare is unavailable, for children who are not actively engaged in the licensed daycare and/or when parents are unavailable to provide supervision, as well as children who utilize the daycare. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High School Diploma or G.E.D. and two (2) years of experience working with children required.
Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience working with children preferred.
Experience working, supporting and teaching children is recommended.
CPR/First Aid Certification recommended (we could require it, but we also provide the class,so I say recommend and once hired have them trained within 3 months)
