North Spokane Women's Health is a private practice with a 60+ year history of delivering babies and performing Gyn Surgery at Holy Family Hospital. Our current group has 6 OB-GYN physicians and 5 ARNPs. We are looking to fill 2 positions for retiring OB-GYN physicians who both have been practicing here for 25+ years and have robust practices that a new physician would easily step into. The culture of our group is "family friendly"; we work hard to cover for each other and have flexibility in our schedules so that we can enjoy taking care of our own families as well as our patients. * Privileges obtained with Family Maternity Center at Holy Family Hospital, with 19 beds and a level 2 NICU, taking care of babies 34 wks+. With about 100 deliveries per month we stay quite busy but also enjoy the close-knit feel of a community hospital. Our in-house call is currently 1:6, with the goal to be 1:7 in the future. Salary is starting at $300k and includes all benefits and a moving stipend. We do our major gyn surgeries together (2 physicians) and Holy Family has 2 Davinci Robots and a team of Robotic RN First Assists. New physicians become partners at the 1 year mark.
