IV. Safety of Milieu •Effectively assess and manage crisis situations. Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience This position must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass a criminal history background check, and have a current drivers license. Ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal formats. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS Must pass all criminal history check requirements as required by ORS 181.536-181.537 and in accordance with OAR 410-007-0200 through 410-007-0380.
