Key Responsibilities

What You Bring
2+ years of experience selling fine wine in a distributor, importer, or supplier role.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing territory revenue.
Strong knowledge of Old World and New World wine regions (CA, OR, WA, Argentina, etc.).
WSET, SWE or comparable wine education preferred.
Existing relationships in the North San Diego County market a big plus.
Driven, organized, personable, and not afraid to cold call or walk into a new account.
Willingness to work nights and weekends for tastings, events, and supplier visits.
Able to lift 40-pound cases of wine and manage wine materials and displays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales platforms (Pocket Advantage experience a plus).
Must reside within the territory, hold a valid driver's license, have your own insured vehicle, and a clean driving record.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Complete administrative tasks supporting all group sales efforts as assigned by the DOSC director of sales and catering including but not limited to: preparing sales kits, documenting prospective accounts, organizing files, preparing contracts, preparation of invoices, purchasing of office supplies and data entry
Complete Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Resumes for clients and operations departments to communicate specific needs, contracted/agreed-upon details and pricing for the meeting, event or program

The base salary range for this position is $60K-$70K and will be paid hourly through the 7-week training period. The position is eligible for quarterly bonuses and incentives. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

Overview:
The Engineering is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Engineering Department. In the absence of the Director and/or Assistant, the engineer will assume the administrative, financial and operating aspects of the hotel for the Engineering department.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing plans to maintain property, equipment, grounds and other assets, in a safe and acceptable state of repair.
Ensure that the hotel is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Ensure that all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested and certified per hotel standards or authority having jurisdiction.
Supervise the Engineers and ensure they are properly trained in the customer service program, standard operating procedures and loss prevention standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Report to the Sous Chef to help prepare and present all foods in the restaurants and banquets.
Maintain and follow all department operating procedures; ensure completion of daily temperature logs, daily cleaning logs, line check sheets and food waste sheets.
Oversees the activities of the kitchen staff and monitors food production and presentation.
Resolves operational issues.
Manages the successful completion of daily prep, restocking of workstations, meal breaks, and end of shift cleaning duties, while maintaining a consistently positive operational flow.

Monitor supply levels of food, paper goods and small wares. Oversee replenishment as necessary.
Assist with audit of food storeroom items and storage to maintain consistent quality products using FIFO (first in, first out) and ensure adherence to all health code requirements.
Keeps supplies and food ready by inventorying stock; supports in stocking food & supply inventory; requisitioning supplies and foodstuffs; verifying receipt; storing; informs chef of any shortages in a timely manner.
Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by cleaning work areas, food storage areas, equipment and utensils; segregating and removing garbage; steam-cleaning or hosing garbage containers; following sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
