What you'll need: * 2+ years in financial services, preferably investment banking, or in corporate development/business development roles with a deep understanding of the financial services business. * Bachelor's degree * Outstanding strategic and quantitative skills to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations. * Attention to detail with ability to dive into new topics and quickly absorb and distill large amounts of complex/detailed information into a readily digestible work product. What we offer you: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. A great way to describe this firm is that they are smack dab in the middle of the "Smart Factory Revolution". With over 45 years of experience and 520 professionals across 13 locations, they empower manufacturing companies to optimize their production processes through innovative software solutions. Their software is used by over 1,100,000 people in 1,750 manufacturing companies worldwide. For this role, we are seeking a Account Exec / Account Manager that is already located in Chicago. In addition, I can only work with US Citizens or Green Card Holders for this role. If you are not located in Chicago, we would need you to be located in the midwest. This role is about 70% outside sales and 30% inside sales. This is a true 'hunter with hunger' role. There is no cap on commissions here as well. This role has uncapped commissions. If you are anything like me, my eyes get a little buggy when I see job descriptions with a zillion 'must haves', half of which don't exist. What you can expect: * Partner with business units to translate strategic objectives into compelling digital experiences and content plans, including support for marketing campaigns. * Develop and execute web content strategies that align with Prudential's brand, business goals, and customer needs. * Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of content for Prudential.com, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging. * Integrate personalization strategies into content planning and execution to deliver tailored experiences that drive engagement and conversion. * Support experimentation and A/B testing to optimize content effectiveness and user experience. * Manage content lifecycle including audits, updates, and governance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance. * Partner with Design, Product and Technology teams to introduce new web capabilities and optimize existing ones to enhance customer experience and business impact. * Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation and conversion) and use insights to inform continuous improvement. * Implement AEO / SEO best practices and accessibility standards to maximize discoverability and usability. * Stay current on digital trends, financial services regulations, and customer behavior to inform strategy. * Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand standards. What you'll need to succeed: * 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital content strategy, web content management, or related roles, preferably in financial services. * Strong understanding of financial services and customer journeys in a regulated environment. * Proven ability to lead content strategy and execution across complex digital ecosystems. * Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and analytics platforms. * Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and engagement. * Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Strategic and collaborative mindset with experience working across Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Technology teams. * Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. * Familiarity with UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG). The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00.
