Your Team & Role
Our Technology Team is looking for a dynamic, highly collaborative, and consultative change agent to join our Delivery team. In this role, you will lead transformational change by improving business processes and integrating innovation and technology into our workforce.
The Lead Platform Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the configuration within the Workday application, ensuring it aligns with Prudential's policies and strategic goals. This position requires extensive experience in supporting Workday HCM configuration. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally across multiple global locations. You will need to engage with various teams to understand business needs, document detailed requirements, work with HR stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate standards, and act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM configuration.
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
* Take ownership of end-to-end configuration administration within Workday.
* Ensure business processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's objectives.
* Offer expert advice and consultancy to HR as needed.
* Oversee the review and approval of requests and changes.
* Create, document, and maintain proper SOX and/or internal controls.
* Work collaboratively with internal project teams and external partner resources.
* Evaluate the feasibility of configuration changes and their impact on HR business processes or integrations.
* Develop and execute test plans based on business requirements, tracking defects and fixes, and managing issues to resolution.
* Participate in weekly meetings with project teams, leading design discussions and best practice sharing.
* Regularly update the project plan and risk/issues logs.
* Ensure consistent and clear communication among all project stakeholders.
* Address incident tickets and change requests in line with change management, change control, and incident management policies, protocols, and SLAs.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Over 4 years of professional Workday configuration experience.
* Experience with Workday Payroll, Time, Reporting, Learning, or other Workday modules is advantageous.

The salary range for this role is from $138,500.00 to $206,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.

What you'll do:

What you have:

What you'll do:
Implement independent model validation control activities for high risk in-house and vendor models.
Leverage expert technical approaches to develop and implement validation testing plans.
Replicate model development and may develop challenger models through predictive modeling, machine learning, deep learning, time-series modeling/forecasting, stress testing, heuristic models, actuarial models, simulation, optimization, and/or other highly specialized techniques.
Conduct and develop plans for model testing and data quality assessments for models using various types of datasets including those employing large datasets and unstructured datasets.
Review at an extensive experience level the end-to-end life-cycle management of model development, implementation, ongoing monitoring, and use in areas of Banking and Insurance (Property & Casualty and Life) along with their corresponding business support functions and operational processes.
Assess model inherent risk ratings, model declassifications applications, the materiality of model changes, and conducts model change validations for all types models. Oversee and advises the model validation work of peers.
Produce and deliver validation reports and related validation work to model validation management, model partners, senior leadership, and others.
Implement the model validation process aligned with the risk and compliance policies and procedures. Evaluate model risk control strengths around model development, implementation, and use. Professionally develop on emerging modeling techniques and approaches.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Related Field with Core Quantitative Curriculum. Four additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Your Role:
The Staff Thermal System Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing thermal management systems to ensure efficient heat transfer, cooling, and heating for equipment, machinery, or processes. This role involves applying principles of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements across industries like aerospace, automotive, energy, or manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
1. System Design & Component Release
* Spearhead architecture design of vehicle thermal systems (HVAC, battery cooling, powertrain thermal management), optimizing energy efficiency and weight reduction.
* Develop 3D models/2D drawings using CATIA V6: Design thermal components (ducts, brackets, heat exchangers) ensuring manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and compliance with OEM standards.
* Execute DRE (Design Release Engineer) duties:
* Release component drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications aligned with Vehicle Technical Specifications (VTS).
* Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and component lifecycle (from DV/PV validation to mass production).
* Secure on-time part availability for prototype builds (pre-production) and series production.
* Simulation & Validation
* Perform 1D system simulations (Simulink/GT Suite) to predict thermal performance, efficiency, and control logic.
* Design and execute validation plans (bench/vehicle/environmental testing) for thermal robustness, NVH, and durability.
* Analyze test data (Motec, CANape, etc.) to drive design improvements and root-cause resolution.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with battery, powertrain, and software teams to develop integrated thermal management strategies.
* Lead DFMEA activities for thermal systems to mitigate design risks.
* Manage supplier technical deliverables: Review designs, validate performance, and ensure compliance with targets.
* Process Innovation
* Develop streamlined test procedures to accelerate validation cycles (target: 30% efficiency gain).
* Resolve thermal issues during manufacturing and vehicle testing.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
* 10+ years in automotive thermal systems (EV/hybrid preferred).
* Proficiency in CATIA V6: Demonstrated experience in 3D modeling, 2D drawing release, and GD&T.
* DRE experience: Component release, PPAP, ECN management, and supplier coordination.
* Hands-on skills in 1D simulation tools (Simulink, GT Suite, Amesim).
Preferred Qualification:
* Master's in Thermal/Fluid Dynamics or related field.
* EV thermal expertise: Battery/power electronics cooling, heat pump systems.

What We're Looking For
5-10 years experience as an engineer in the application development, devops, or CI/CD space.
Extensive experience with solutions selling in a technical customer-facing role, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or similar position, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment.
Strong proficiency in CI/CD concepts, DevOps practices, software configuration, and scripting languages like Python, Shell, etc..
Knowledge of Docker or Linux containers in general.
Outstanding presentation skills. You feel comfortable leading presentations and demos of our platform to groups, both technical and non-technical, in-person and virtually.
Proven track record of engaging with enterprise clients, understanding their technical requirements, and delivering solutions that drive customer success.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Sales, Product, and Engineering, to advocate for customer needs and provide valuable insights for product enhancement.
Ideal Candidates might also have:
