What you can expect:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. Within our Real Estate Loan Servicing (RELS) business, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure within our Asset Management, Servicing, or Investor Reporting teams.
Asset Management: You will gain exposure to a wide range of asset management activities within PGIM Real Estate's Loan Servicing function. This includes monitoring collateral performance, analyzing property trends and cash flows, and supporting risk assessments. In this role, you will leverage your financial, credit, and analytical skills while assisting with projects and initiatives that enhance portfolio integrity and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will benefit from exposure to all commercial property types (multifamily, industrial, retail, office, hospitality, and healthcare) in various real estate markets throughout the U.S.. You will have direct interaction with senior members of PGIM's Real Estate and Loan Services teams, and develop critical skills required in asset management and originations roles.
Servicing: You will gain exposure to a variety of servicing processes throughout the life of the loan, including new loan setup, cash processing, managing borrower requests, disbursement processing, system updates for loan modifications, and preparing payoff calculations. In this role, you will leverage your financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Investment Operations: You will gain exposure to Investment Operations functions for PGIM Real Estate's Institutional and Third-Party business. This includes reporting transactions, remitting funds received from borrowers, and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients. Additionally, you will assist with initiatives focused on streamlining processes and ensuring timely, accurate data to support daily and monthly operations.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Data Accuracy & Analysis: Review, analyze, and maintain accurate loan and portfolio data across systems; support financial reporting and reconciliations.
Documentation & Compliance: Interpret servicing agreements, loan documents, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and proper execution of processes.
Reporting & Communication: Assist in preparing reports, statements, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders; provide timely and professional support to inquiries.
Financial Operations Support: Help facilitate disbursements, wire transfers, and journal entries; monitor triggers and account activity to ensure adherence to loan structures and investor requirements.
Research & Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, collateral values, and borrower/tenant credit to support risk assessment and decision-making.
Process Improvement & Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives, including process automation and efficiency improvements; contribute ideas for enhancing workflows.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support servicing, reporting, and asset management activities throughout the life of the loan.
