The Remote Security Officer provides services for a variety of large and small business clients in remote settings where health, safety and security is our #1 priority. All duties are to be performed in accordance with NMS' mission, vision, and values. The Environmental Spill Response Technician plays a critical role in protecting Alaska's Arctic environment by responding to petroleum and hazardous material spills across the North Slope oilfields. The technician supports cleanup operations, waste handling, site assessments, and restoration efforts in compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. This is a field-based, hands-on position requiring physical labor in remote and extreme weather conditions. This is a temporary, remote position, located on the North Slope, with an expected duration of 6-8 weeks, with the potential for additional work scope to be added. Anticipated start date is March 2026. The typical schedule is 84 hours per week (40 hours straight time and a minimum of 44 hours at time and a half). All meals and lodging are provided by Worley while the employee is on location. Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided. Relocation assistance to Alaska is not provided. WORKING ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme weather conditions both on and off shore.
