UIC Oil & Gas is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate a variety of heavy machinery, including bulldozers, shovels, excavators, loaders, and forklifts. This role supports construction, excavation, and material handling operations while ensuring all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Rotational: 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
**Responsibilities**
Essential functions will include:
+ Operate various pieces of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, shovels, excavators, loaders, and forklifts.
+ Perform equipment operation tasks as directed by the site superintendent.
+ Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines while operating equipment.
+ Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
+ Assist with construction, excavation, and material handling activities as required.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
+ Equipment - PistenBully, Tucker Sno-cat, Excavator Drills, Volvo Loaders and Case Quadtracs (Steigers)
**Qualifications**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Valid driver's license and ability to maintain it.
+ Operator's proficiency with a variety of equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, shovels, excavators, loaders, and forklifts.
+ Skilled in operating basic construction equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
+ Ability to perform work independently without direct supervision.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to perform duties and operate tools in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.

The Construction Coordinator is a functional report to the Civil Construction Supervisor. The position is a core member of the Construction Team and it supports the safe and successful delivery of the Civil Program. The Construction Coordinator assists the Construction Supervisor with day-to-day oversight of field activities spending the majority of the workday in the field overseeing construction contractor progress, helping identify execution issues, proposing solutions to complex problems, and supporting various interfaces between the Willow project, Company operating areas and the civil contractor. As part of the Construction Team the Construction Coordinator is responsible to support the implementation of yearly construction plans, oversight of assigned field construction activities, and to lead field safety and environmental performance as listed below:
Planning
* Review construction permits and stipulations, engineering drawings, identify execution constraints, hazards, and review the contractor field work plans for each year's work scope.
* Participate in the constructability process and provide feedback to the planning team members and supervisor.

* Perform jobsite walk-downs, review contractor THA/JHA, provide recognition for safe work execution and task planning.
* Participate in onsite Contractor toolbox and safety meetings, reinforce COPA safety processes.
* Validate adherence with permit stipulations issued by regulatory agencies.

As a CDL Driver, You Will:

Documentation Mastery: Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven CDL driving experience with a focus on safety and customer service.
License: Valid Class A CDL (no endorsements needed).
Skills: Strong driving skills and the ability to handle physical tasks in extreme weather conditions.
Required : Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical exam and background check.
