Established customer-focused, collaborative IT cultures that act as a driver for strategic objectives and an operational partner for the business.

Neil L. Pruitt, Jr., has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PruittHealth (formerly United Health Services-Pruitt Corporation (UHS-Pruitt)), since 2002, where he is responsible for establishing strategic direction for the company and fostering an environment focused on the delivery of quality health care. He led the organization to expand and diversify, while strengthening its financial structure and significantly improving its service delivery capabilities. The PruittHealth family of providers now includes 16 home health agencies, 29 hospice agencies including one inpatient hospice facility, 89 related skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, five assisted living communities, an independent living community, six pharmacies, and a medical supply company.

He has worked as Manager of Care Coordination, Manager of Internal Audit at The General Hospital Center At Passaic; Sr. Vice President & CFO at Saint Joseph's Hospital; and Senior Manager at EY. Kevin studied at Mendoza College of Business between 1986 and 1990 and University of Notre Dame between 1986 and 1990.

Randall Loggins is a Chief Investment Officer at PruittHealth. He has worked as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Relationship Manager at SUNTRUST BANKS INC; Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo; and Management Associate at SUNMARK COMMUNITY BANK. Randall studied at Emory University Goizueta Business School between 2013 and 2016 and University of Georgia between 2002 and 2006.
