Well it’s a pay check and you can come and go as you please
Poor management all the way down to the administrations I was hired in to do one job but then had to take a different position just to be hired full time with the promise to be move back as soon as the position was open again well that never happened was even considered for it the job I was hired for was to replace the maintenance director when he left didn’t happen the job was given to a person who had a year of work experience his first job. I been doing this kind of work for around 43years and the administration is not even professional enough to let me know. I don’t really want the tv/recliner
The residents is the only thing that keeps a lot of the staff here.
Never had the opportunity to meet the ceo and honestly at this point probably won’t.
It needs guidelines to be followed
I really wasn’t interviewed just done drug and background checks
Not sure maybe.
Not sure
The residents are the only thing.
The only Pro at Pruitt was that for SNF the salary was slightly above average. For Home Health they offered above average salary.
Way to many to list. Pruitt Health is a terrible company to work for from the top down. Management is terrible. Corporate doesn't do a good job either with managing employee information and benefits.
Nothing!
Nothing! They are all words and no action when they say that the are "a family".
Pruitt has lots of room for improvement. They could start with actually caring for the employees and the patients. Also put skilled management in place that know how to be a mangers.
It's not hard to get hired by this company! Just smile and wing it.
Slightly above average.
Average
The most rewarding aspect of any job in healthcare are working with the patients and watching them succeed in their healthcare goals.
There was flexibility
The management was absolutely terrible and the administrator at union city is a liar. She blames everything else except herself for the lack of organization and the low morale of staff
I didn’t even get to sign on to benefits because there was no one to help me
I never got to meet the CEO
There is so much to improve on based on my experience that I don’t know where to start but the administrative and management team of the Union city branch are terrible
No preparation
The compensation is good
There was representation and diversity
I love to help people and that has always been the fulfilling part of my job but working here has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had
The patients and the pay aren’t bad
Management is running everyone off- the benefits are horrible. No matching 401k. Terrible health insurance. They are way understaffed and are currently denying everyone’s request for PTO. A lot of cliques in management. DHS doesn’t have any experience as a nurse or as a manager and doesn’t know how to manage people.
The residents
The fact that I’m there for the Residents first doing what I love cooking is my passion

That I’m the first one in and first one out 4:30a-12:30p (smiling)
