Joining PSA Airlines as President in August 2014, Flannery is responsible for oversight of the regional carrier’s daily operations. PSA has a fleet of 35 CRJ-200 aircraft, 39 CRJ-700s and 54 CRJ-900s. PSA currently employs over 3,700 crew members, technicians and administrative employees, is headquartered in Dayton, OH and is the fastest growing regional airline in the United States. A wholly-owned subsidiary of the world's largest airline, American Airlines, PSA is well-positioned to continue growing safely and reliably.

In his previous position as President of US Airways Express, Flannery was responsible for the wholly owned regional airlines PSA and Piedmont Airlines, as well as the seven regional affiliates that also operated as US Airways Express. He managed over $3.0 billion in annual contract and operating costs and oversaw 3,600 employees, a fleet of 295 aircraft and more than 1,900 daily departures. Flannery has also held positions as vice president, financial analysis for US Airways, vice president, scheduling and route planning for America West Airlines, and positions with Continental Airlines including senior director and long-range schedule planning.

Since assuming his role at PSA, Flannery has used this experience to lead initiatives designed to enhance coordination, efficiency and customer service at PSA all while guiding the company through the impact of the merger of US Airways and American Airlines and the tremendous fleet expansion and growth of the regional airline.

Flannery holds a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Texas-Austin and Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in finance from the University of Houston.
