The HRIS team oversees the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the SAP success Factors ecosystem. This includes supporting HR operations , ensuring data integrity, delivering system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, coordinating releases, and partnering with business teams to improver user experience and streamline HR processes. Job Responsibilities Learn functions of positions in Maintenance and Operations departments including performance of basic support activities which do not require task-specific training or qualifications. With qualified nuclear personnel: * Perform plant tours and inspections * Perform basic technical writing and document reviews * Set up temporary safety barriers and protective screening around work areas * Transport and stage equipment in support of work by qualified personnel * Assist Nuclear Departments where unskilled labor is required * Maintain shop and work location in a neat and orderly condition * Perform less skilled work * Perform job duties according to company's safety policy and procedures * Incumbent may be required to work in contaminated and/or radiological controlled areas * Ability to wear personal protection equipment (PPE) Job Qualifications * Possess a High School Diploma or GED. * Meet the Company's "General Requirements", as defined in the Union handbook. * Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. * Demonstrate the ability to follow simple instructions and carry out routine assignments; an aptitude for mechanical work; keen faculties of observation. * Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. * Must meet and maintain nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access. * A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation (see *********************************** is required for this position by May 7, 2027. * Compliance with the Department of Energy's regulation 10 CFR 810 is required.
