The ideal candidate will lead large design teams for technically sophisticated projects among a diverse series of project types. The Project Manager role involves both client-facing and team-facing responsibilities and has tremendous growth potential. Your Key Responsibilities Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery; Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client; Successfully execute projects by following Page's and Owner's protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution; Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships; Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements; Provide mentorship and guidance to project team; Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals; Your Capabilities and Credentials Experience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus; Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes; Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants; Confident with public speaking and networking; Excellent writing skills; Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; Available for occasional travel within the US. Education and Experience 10+ years' experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectors; Degree in engineering, architecture or related field; Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Day-to-day project oversight and communication with the client and project team. Develop, track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget throughout all phases of the project. Prepare project status reports on a regular basis. Review and approve all invoices and change orders associated with the project. Reports to Senior Associate. Assist in developing new work opportunities and building client relationships. Responsible for the overall project performance and implementation of our project management frameworks. Primary point of contact and representative to internal partners and clients. Your Capabilities and Credentials General understanding of all phases of project document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications. Strong understanding of design and construction permitting / approval process and requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software (AutoCAD Civil3D, locally accepted hydrology and hydraulic programs, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills, and team oriented. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Local project resume and experience strongly preferred. Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record. Education and Experience Minimum 8 years of related experience in Civil Engineering Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related degree Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.)
