Job Description
A Little (Very Little) About Us
Heart-Centered Counseling is looking for a compassionate, skilled PsychiatricNursePractitioner with a heart for serving others.
We're a unique, growing team of licensed psychotherapists who've joined together to serve the Northern Colorado community. At present, we have four offices (two in Fort Collins, one in Loveland, and one in Greeley) and just over 40 counseling professionals on the team. We also have one psychiatricnursepractitioner, who compliments our therapy work with med intakes and med evals, and we're eager to grow this side of our practice.

Why Us?
There are 6 things that make us unique:
(1) Complete Flexibility to Choose Your Own Hours and Commitments
Our professionals choose their own hours and availability. For example, one of our therapists is a mother of small children who stays home during the week. But two evenings a week and every Saturday, she's at our offices providing care for those hurting in our community. Another one of our therapists enjoys working a more traditional calendar, and sees clients five days a week from 10a to 6p.
(2) Full Administrative Support-Including Working with Health Insurance Companies
We have administrative support staff on hand to help you as you serve your clients. As much as we can, we'll remove any administrative barriers that might take time away from your work with clients. That includes working with health insurance companies to obtain payment.
(3) Six (or more) New Clients a Week-Until You're Fully Booked
At Heart-Centered Counseling, we do as much as we can for you-leaving your mind and energy free to focus on helping those in your care. You'll be responsible for determining own client load, and we'll provide you with at least 6 new clients a week-until you're fully booked.
(4) A Beautiful, Comfortable Environment Designed to Put Clients (and You!) at Ease
From day one, you'll be provided with a comfortable setting you can use to care for your clients. No matter which location you work from, all of our offices been professionally designed and decorated to put clients (and you) at ease during your sessions.
(5) An Amazing, Caring Team to Support You
We've developed an culture of caring and support at Heart-Centered Counseling. We're here to serve our clients, but we also serve and support each other in whatever way we can.
(6) Competitive Reimbursement Package
We understand salary is a major deciding factor when considering a new position. Whether you just received your license or you've been practicing for decades, we offer competitive salary for the care you provide at our offices.
A Little About You
If you meet the following requirements, we'd love to hear from you:
(1) You have the training and licensure to provide basic outpatient psychiatric clinical services, including med intakes and evaluations.

And with more than 1,000 specialized recruiters and in-house licensing, credentialing, travel, and legal teams, we can take care of all the details, whatever the position.
Getting to know you ties back to our belief in putting people first. This includes our healthcare providers, our clients, and our employees. This people-centric culture has been recognized by various award programs, including Staffing Industry Analyst's "Best Staffing Firms to Work For", Modern Healthcare's "Best Places to Work", and Inavero's "Best of Staffing".
